グールドの『バッハ全集(SA-CD ハイブリッド・エディション)』に入っていて、『バッハの鍵盤音楽』に載ってないのは次の作品。
- 6つの小前奏曲 BWV 933～ 938
- 9つの小前奏曲よりBWV 924〜 928, 930
- BACHの名による前奏曲とフーガ 変ロ長調 BWV 898
このうち、3. BWV898 はバッハの作品ではないようで、弟子の Johann Christian Kittel の作である可能性が高いようだ。
1. と 2. はPTNAピアノ曲事典の解説によると、学習教材として弟子の間で伝承された簡略な小品などがのちにまとめられたもののようだ。
19世紀半ばのペータース社の鍵盤作品集（チェルニー／グリーペンケルル編）によって、曲集のまとめ方が定着、普及したらしく、次の 3つのものがある。
✏️①バッハ :9つの小前奏曲 BWV 924-932（PTNA）
✏️②バッハ :6つの小前奏曲 BWV 933-938（PTNA）
✏️③バッハ :5つの小プレリュード BWV 939-943（PTNA）
ただ、その後の研究でバッハの作品であることが疑われるものが出てきたりしているようで、「小プレリュードと小フーガ」のようなタイトルで出版されている楽譜でも、掲載されている作品はけっこう違っていたりする。
ざっと見た中で一番信頼できそうなのが、確実にバッハの作品とされるものだけを「新バッハ全集」の原典版から採ってきたベーレンライター版と思われる。

今回見つけた「小プレリュードと小フーガ」類を《J.S.Bach の鍵盤音楽》の一覧表に入れるかどうかは、ちょっと悩んでいる。ただでさえ今年中に全部聴けそうもないので…(^^;)。
