《近況：曲の「仕上がり」レベルをどう判断するか？》で書いた「仕上がり」レベルのイメージをもう少しはっきりさせたいと思い、いろいろネットで調べてみた。
そうしたら、以前《トロント王立音楽院 RCM のピアノ教育体系 2015年版 ♪》で紹介したピアノ教育体系の "syllabus" の中（p.98）に面白いものを見つけた。演奏に対する評価基準のようなものである。
"First Class Honors" とか "Pass" とか名前が付いているのだが、要は100点満点で、50点未満は「評価に値せず」で、あとは10点刻みになっている。上から、その概要（勝手な意訳）をご紹介すると…。
90-100点：
自信を持って聴くものに訴えかける卓越したパフォーマンス。技術的には完全にコントロールしており、スタイルに対する深い洞察、音楽に対する説得力のある解釈が表現されている。
80-89点：
音楽的に魅力のあるパフォーマンス。深く考えられた準備が感じられ、技術的には安定しており、スタイルや音楽に対する理解を示している。細かいミスからのリカバリーも素早い。
70-79点：
ほぼ安定した、流れのあるパフォーマンス。注意深く準備されており、スタイル・音楽に対する一通りの理解が感じられる。ときおりミスが見られる。技術的なコントロール、音楽の細部への注意が不足している。
60-69点：一応合格
基本的な準備はできているが、ミスや停止がみられる。技術的な課題も残っており、音楽の細かい部分への注意が欠けている。
50-59点：不合格
発展途上のパフォーマンス。多くのミス（errors, slips, and stumbles）があり、止まってしまう。もっと安定した流れと、楽譜の音楽要素や記号に対する注意が必要である。
これを一通り見ると、いくつかの要素があることが分かる。「準備」というのは、全体にかかることと思われるので、それ以外を分類してみると。
まずは「安定した音楽の流れ」が重視されている。それを阻害するものとしていろんな「ミス」とそれへの対応レベルが分かれている。
「ミス」の種類は「間違う、滑る、つっかかる、とばす」等があって、当然ないのがベスト、早いリカバリーが次善、止まらないがベター、止まってはダメ、という感じだろうか。
その次に基本的なこととして、「楽譜の音楽要素（音符など）や記号」をきちんと表現すること、「音楽の細かい部分（musical details）」を意識して表現することが必要とされている。
技術面で言えば「完全なコントロール（technical command）」から「技術的な安定（technical security）」が上位クラスに求められるレベルになっている。"technical command" というのは、古い言葉で言えば、ピアノ奏法を「自家薬籠中の物」にしている、ということだろうか。
その上になると、「スタイルに対する理解と表現」「音楽に対する理解・解釈と表現」といった、やや高度なものが要求されている。「スタイル」とは作品の時代（古典とかロマンとか）、作曲家、曲の種類（ソナタとかマズルカとか）などだと思われる。
そして、「自信に満ちた」「訴えかける力」「魅力」あたりになると、もはやひとかどのピアニストの域になるのではないかと思うのだが…。
これを参考にして、もう少し考えてみるか…。

Marking Criteria for Performance of Repertoire
First Class Honors with Distinction: 90–100
This standing is awarded for exceptional performances that are confident and communicative, while demonstrating technical command, insightful awareness of style, and convincing musical interpretation.
First Class Honors: 80–89
This standing is awarded for performances that are musically engaging, show thoughtful preparation, and demonstrate technical security, stylistic understanding, and musical awareness. There is quick recovery from any minor slips or brief lapses.
Honors: 70–79
This standing is awarded for performances that are generally secure and fluent, indicate careful preparation, and reflect some awareness of style and musical understanding. There may be occasional slips or lapses, with room for further development of technical control and attention to musical details.
Pass: 60–69
This standing is awarded for performances that exhibit a basic level of preparation. There may be slips or lapses, loss of continuity, unresolved technical issues, and a lack of attention to musical details. The examiner’s report will identify areas that require further study and exploration.
Insufficient to Pass: 50–59
The performance is a work in progress. There are many errors, slips, and stumbles disturbing the continuity. Although some aspects of the performance may show basic preparation, a satisfactory performance requires more consistent fluency and attention to both musical elements and markings in the score.
Marks Below 50
The performance is not yet ready for assessment due to insufficient preparation.
